Workshops and Tutorials

If registering for workshops and tutorials, which are in-person only, please choose ONLY ONE of the three options: “Sat only”, “Sun only”, or “Two-day”.

Policy Acknowledgement

All participants must acknowledge the ACM Privacy Policy and the ACM policy against harassment. All in-person attendees must also acknowledge the ACM COVID-19 DISCLOSURE & LIABILITY WAIVER.

Important Disclaimer

ASPLOS 2024 will be held primarily in person in San Diego, CA. Registration for remote attendance is provided for those interested in attending but unable to travel to San Diego or wishing to reduce their carbon footprint. Note that the remote attendance option is provided on a “best effort” basis for the main conference days ONLY. This includes access to live-streamed sessions and possible participation in mentoring programs, subject to availability.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on or prior to March 15, 2024, will incur a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be the registration fee minus $100 and transaction fees. Cancellations between March 15 and April 5, 2024, will receive a 50% refund. No cancellations after April 5, 2024.
